Tom passed away unexpectedly on 30th January 2022 in Musgrove Hospital with his family beside him aged 60 years. Tom will be loved and missed everyday by all that knew him.

The funeral service will be on Friday 18th February 2022 at 11am in Sedgemoor Crematorium.  

Please feel free to wear a brightly coloured shirt in memory of Tom.
